If your server goes offline, our agent will automatically retry the backup once connectivity is restored. If it fails multiple times, you will receive an immediate alert via email (and Discord on Pro plans).
Restoring is simple. Open your SaveState dashboard, select the backup date you need, and click 'Restore'. You can also download the raw encrypted file directly from your secure Cloudflare R2 bucket.
Your data is encrypted locally on your server using AES-256 before it is ever uploaded. We use a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning only you hold the decryption keys. We physically cannot read your data.
Yes, all plans come with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the 14 days are up. If you don't love it, simply cancel before the trial ends.
